THE ROLE OF SOCIAL TEACHER IN CREATION OF THE CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM 
 
Abstract 
The role of the social teacher in creating a cultural environment is considered in the article. It is reported that every person 
in the modern era, along with his professional competence, has the opportunity to create an intellectual culture only in the 
process of cultural development. The works of scientists dedicated to this subject have been analyzed and it is revealed that a 
person is in the process of developing his professional culture, showing himself in the social sphere, reflecting his value. 
Professional culture, pedagogical culture, part of culture in general, it is in the interests of society, the environment, social 
progress, human health by providing access to scientific ideas and practical experience, special knowledge and visible daily 
observed that the level of professional activity, art, moral and emotional vision, characterized by a professional culture with its 
professionalism. 
Classifying the internal and external components of the pedagogical culture, he has a full understanding of the internal and 
external culture of the specialist.
