The pedagogical reflection is regarded as a special kind of teacher’s work in the article. Its structure is analyzed, the main components (transpositional, reproduc- tional, analytic-valueable, effective and predictional) are distinguished and de scribed. The matter of reflective teacher’s skills is revealed from the positions of personal-active approach.
