has to do with the fact that mostly middle and young age people have 

children.  Their  support  level  is  lower  than  among  elderly  people. 

Awareness of tobacco’s high-level harm to human being’s health does 

not play a part in the rise of the support level of smoking bans in public 

places. It may have to do with people underestimating eff ects of passive 

smoking.
