It is programmed, such as «Road Map of Employment- 2020», «with a diploma to the village». The objectives of the «Employment Road Map- 2020» program are training and employment of the population, assistance in opening and developing new businesses, the optimal distribution of labour resources in the country, support of employment of the population of the RK, prevention of unemployment growth. To achieve this goal the government put forward a number of tasks that must be fulfilled during the project. It is the professional training of workers in the professions and skills, which are in demand on the labor market, assistance in providing employment for the unemployed and self-employed and etc. According to official figures, since the beginning of the year, about 6 thousand young people have addressed to the employment agencies of the region. Almost half of the - 2,875 people were employed. In addition, if north region suffers from lack of youth labor, south region people are unemployed due to lack of workplaces and other population. So, according to this fact, by the program «Employment Road Map- 2020» many people are moving from South Kazakhstan to North Kazakhstan. «As of today, 88 families have moved to the northern regions, another 1279 families are ready to move»- said Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova. The administration of the northern regions in advance announced the vacant places of combine operators, machine operators, veterinarians, dentists, and teachers. The authorities of SKO and SKO signed a memorandum on resettlement and started work. As a result, among the southerners, there were specialists for these jobs in the northern region. So, they moved to the northern region and are working by their profession. People from southern region are provided with work, while northern region is provided with the workplace. As wrote before most of the young educated people are unemployed because of competition and high demands, it occurs especially in big cities such as Astana and Almaty. The cities, to which every youngster want to live and work, but working places are counted, so not all of them can find a work. For this problem, the government suggests a solution. It is a program «With a diploma to the village». This program is oriented to send educated youth to the villages, where they can have a highly-paid occupation, lifting allowances, home for living. For example, during the project’s existence, more than 500 young specialists arrived at the Kostanay region and provided with work, transmit the correspondent of alau.kz Dinara Abdirova (30 Nov 2017). This program is giving results and help to struggle with youth unemployment in the country. This problem is also solving at the local level. KGU «Center for employment of the population of the akimat of Pavlodar city of Pavlodar region» is recruiting for February 2017 for free courses of retraining and advanced training in the following specialties: electric gas welder, fashion designer-cutter. So, it means that every person, who wants to have a job, can take courses and get a job. Moreover, Department of Employment and Social Problems of Pavlodar register unemployed people and help them.
