Conclusions.
Health care financing increased from 1.9 percent of GDP to 3.2 percent. 150
telemedicine centers connected with leading foreign clinics have been created. We must take
prevention seriously and improve the quality of primary health care. Particular emphasis should
be placed on expanding the availability of medical care for rural residents. A new social project
has started in the Republic - 2 specialized medical and diagnostic trains «Densaulyk
»
. They
examined and treated tens of thousands of people in the most remote corners of our country. As a
result of the fulfillment of these tasks, the life expectancy of Kazakhstanis will increase to 70
years, and by 2020 - to 72 years and more. It is necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle, to use the
sports base created everywhere. It is planned to build medical outpatient clinics, feldsher-obstetric
points and polyclinics.
