Task for student : perform for patient vaginal examination. In the same time to describe for examiner what are you doing. Time for demonstration 5 minutes. Using of index finger and middle finger of the left hand , take away of labia major , in vagina introduce two fingers ( in the beginning – the middle finger , that press a perineum , after that index finger). Make examination of uterine adnexa , beginning with healthy side, We check its size, position , consistence, form ,painful and etc.. 1 0,5 0 6.
