IMMUNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TRITICALE VARIETIES AND SAMPLES
Abstract
19 specimen samples of triticale were tested on an artificial infectious background of
infection. The triticale varieties showed resistance and moderate stem rust resistance, whereas only
two moderately resistant ones were observed against leaf rust - Taza, Kozha.
Among the tested samples of winter triticale, 4 samples stood out for resistance to stem rust:
T-12; T-26; T-30; T-102, while sheet rust showed five specimens resistance: T-12; T-26; TD-40;
Td-42; T-57.
