F.: You are quite right. But it is not the only reason for my working there. I like my job. My duties are to supervise daily man- agement of the company. I’m trying to do my best to enlarge the profitability of the company. This job is very alive. S.: And what about shareholders? Do they elect a board of directors and choose the company’s officers? F.: Yes, of course. Though the administration of the company supervises daily management, the stockholders have final author- ity. They vote at annual meetings. S.: I see. You have a success, haven’t you? F.: Oh, yes. Why don’t we go for a caffee?
