Abstract
In the presented scientific article, the objective side of the crime, provided
for in Article 299 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan«Inclusion to
the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues», is
considered.
The authors of the article, using a number of legal and special
publications, legal acts and materials of judicial practice, present their points of
view and proposals on controversial issues to determine the objective side of this
crime.
