Abstract
This scientific article gives the concept of the object of crime provided for
in Article 300 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Illegal
cultivation of plants containing narcotic substances prohibited for cultivation”.
The authors, taking into account the views of foreign and domestic legal
scholars, reveal the concept of the object of the crime in question, and also
determine the subject of the infringement.
