Данная работа является иллюстративным и дидактическим пособием к книге для домашнего чтения по английскому языку “English-Speaking Countries Texts for Reading” автор-составитель М.А.Веселова, вышедший в Гимназии № 56 в 2005 году в серии «На каждую парту». Целью данной работы является контроль выполнения домашнего задания раздела «Чтение». Работа рассчитана для использования на уроках домашнего чтения, начиная со второго урока.
Работа состоит из пяти разделов, каждый из которых представляет иллюстративный материал и краткое содержание соответствующего раздела книги. Данная работа может быть использована всеми учителями, работающими с данным изданием для проверки понимания прочитанных текстов и расширения кругозора учащихся.
