Annotation.
This article is about the great mobilization work that the defense-mass, physical education, and youth
organizations, military registration and enlistment offices of the republic did. They timely and fully completed the tasks
of universal military training for the male population, initial military training of students of all educational systems, as
well as population training to air defense and chemical defense.
