Yigitalieva R., Astanakulov K., Orinbaev P., Kadirov S. COMPARATIVE STUDY OF SEVA SEEDS BY SOY MECHANICAL AND PNEUMATIC
SEEDING DEVICES
Annotation The article presents the results of laboratory studies of the mechanical sowing apparatus of
the SCHH-4 seeder, as well as the pneumatic sowing apparatus of the Sonmezler seeder during
sowing of soybean seeds. The studies determined that the deviation from the seeding rate from
that established in the mechanical apparatus was 5.5%, and in the pneumatic apparatus it was more
than 9% and meets the requirements.
In addition, the damage to the seeds in the mechanical
apparatus of the sowing apparatus is 5.2% and exceeds the established requirement (1%), and in
the pneumatic apparatus it is 0.24%. At the same time, it was determined that in order to ensure
high seeding rates (400–500 pieces / ha) when sowing soybean as a repeat crop, it is necessary to
adapt pneumatic sowing devices to two-line sowing.
