R E Z U M E 

 

 

The  relevance  of  the  work  is  that  one  of  the  main  features  that  takes  into 

account the grouping of peoples is the language. The paper considers that it is one 

of  the  main  ethnic  characteristics.  According  to  these  signs,  one  can  observe  the 

historical relationship between peoples, kinship, proximity and proximity of origin, 

economic and cultural identity. This is not an unexpected phenomenon. Therefore, 

they indicate that the centuries-old relations of peoples were mainly accounted for. 

In  general  linguistics,  phraseology,  semantics,  paremiology,  linguoculturology, 

cognitive  linguistics,  the  works  of  domestic  and  foreign  linguists  in  general 

linguistics,  phraseology,  semantics,  paremiology,  linguoculturology  and  cognitive 

linguistics  indicate  that  that  the  work  of  domestic  and  foreign  linguists  is  the 

methodological basis of the research. 

The  practical  value  of  the  goals  and  objectives  of  the  research  makes  it 

possible to use the paremiology of the language of the Turkic-speaking peoples in 

lexicography,  when  compiling  new  lexicographic  reference  books  to  update  and 

supplement explanatory and paremiological dictionaries obtained as a result of the 

analysis  of  the  main  provisions  and  conclusions.  The  main  ideas  and  research 

results  in  the  dissertation  work  are  revealed  in  a  comprehensive  understanding  of 

the  national  dignity  and  the  language  use  of  paremiology.  In  literary  works, 

examples are collected, and the content of the work is revealed. 

The  features  of  language  activity  and  the  national  style  of  verbal 

communication  are  explained  by  the  characteristics  of  culture.  The  practice  of 

language  communication,  its  understanding,  and  norms  of  speech  activity  lead  to 

the approval and are fixed in paremias (Proverbs) that reproduce the characteristics 

of  the  ethno-cultural  category  of  the  world,  in  particular,  the  world  of  speech 

behavior. As  you know, along with the  language, one of the  important  features of 

an ethnic group is the community of cultural values and traditions. 

The  novelty  and  practical  significance  of  the  work  in  the  center  of  attention  of 

various  individual  studies  of  language  means,  concentrating  the  characteristics  of 

folk psychology and philosophy, we take into account the study of paremia.
