Rubin belongs to the exclusive red-grained rice varieties for special purposes,
which can be eaten unpolished. When cooked grain gets the aroma of oven-fresh
bread with firm consistencyof reddish-brown kernels, rich in vitamins B, E, PP & D,
fibers and antioxidants (natural pigments).
