Individual features. Variety is resistant to lodging, doesn’t shatter but is easily
threshed. It can be kept with overmature standing and be harvested by direct combining.
Plants of Olymp are characterized by intensive growth during sprouting stage.
Therefore, they can easily pull through water layer under which grassy weeds are killed.
This allows growing the variety without the use of chemical means of protection and
to receive clean and economically priced products of high quality.
