Annotation
Modern development of science and technology implies an integrated approach to solving
many problems in the balanced use of water resources of small rivers, that is, such an approach is
impossible in most cases without taking into account their full hydrological cycle, the numerical
expression of which is the hydrological regime of river flow formation taking into account climatic
conditions The complex hydroecological assessment of the Talgar river basin’s catchment was
reviewed in the region to improve the monitoring of water resources, eat their complex use and
protection of joint water balances.
