Grain and milled rice quality.
Threshed caryopsis is prolonged, length-to-beam
ratio (

) 2.3–2.4. 1000 grain weight — 32–33 g. At a standard moisture. Grain hard-
ness 96–98 %, milling yield 64–67 %, head rice content 80–90 %.
It is recommended for cooking pilaf, crumbly side dishes, salads, Italian and Asian
cuisine.
