What are the offenses of adolescents? This - theft, extortion,
assault, hooliganism. Why are they doing this ?! Adolescents
themselves find a variety of reasons - it's insufficient material support,
drug dependence, the desire to be independent and live beautifully,
and often just the legal illiteracy of our children.
And so insufficient control from parents and family, schools,
legal bodies, society as a whole.
