The tutorial is designed for the discipline «Mechatronics», rekomending by the Ministry of edu- cation and science of Kazakhstan for technical professions. Mechatronics is a field of science and technology, which is based on the knowledge in the field of mechanics, electronics and microprocessor technology, Informatics and computer motion control of machines and aggregates. In the first volume of this textbook the principles of mechatronics, methods of construction of me- chatronic devices, the structure and principles of integration mechatronic systems are considered, the technical characteristics of modern mechatronic modules and systems are given. The fundamentals of the structure of mechatronic modules, represented by their structure and classification by the types and levels of integration, the structural analysis and synthesis, developed criteria for inclusion and design principles, and the calculation accuracy as individual structural components and mechatronic module as a whole are set out. The basic concepts of reliability and reliability characteristics of mechatronic modules are given. The textbook is intended for students and undergraduates of technical specialties.
