1. The concepts of "corruption" and "corruption offenses" are different legal sources. This is due to the fact that the concept of "corruption" - criminological, this self-titled crime "Corruption" does not exist. The definition of the concept of "corruption" is enshrined in the law "On Combating Corruption", and the concept of "corruption offenses" (the list) - in the Criminal Code. 2. Criminological characteristics of corruption criminality contains the main features that distinguish them from other types of crime. This characteristic indicates a high degree of its destructive power. 3. The science of criminal law and criminology developed different classifications of corruption tional crimes. To study this academic discipline is the most appropriate classification based on the features of the object of a criminal assault. This classification includes consideration of the following types of corruption crimes tion: 1) against the property; 2) in the sphere of economic activity; 3) against the civil service and public administration; 4) military corruption offenses.
