In the present work we have considered the commercialization of studies ongoing in Kazakh National University. It is important way of development and transformation as a research and innovative university. This paper is based on our, personal experience of commercialization of studies in Information technology sector. In particular, wide application of neural network, artificial systems and pattern recognition for a specific tasks. We have examined ways for integration of education, science and entrepreneurship with respect to development of economics and educational system of the university.
