Relevance.
The creation of telemedicine systems is an integral element of the general
direction of informatization of health care at present. Without the integration of telemedicine
technologies into newly created or already operating clinical) automated information systems,
it is impossible to build any viable solution to support medical and diagnostic procedures.
This is due to the fact that at each stage of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of a patient,
the doctor should be able to refer to the experience of colleagues. But it is good when this
colleague works in the same medical and prophylactic institution, but what if the problem is
so specific that it is necessary to convene a council of highly qualified specialists to solve it.
This is where we are talking about the use of telemedicine and teleconferences in medicine.
