The objects of control are: 1. Country-specific competence (knowledge and ideas about the culture and realities of foreign language culture, the ability to analyze, compare and learn, associate with the word the same meaning as native speakers; the skill of using these words in a suitable situation of communication).
2. Linguistic competence (knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation skills).
3. Speech competence (skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, translation).
4. Communicative competence (ability to understand and continue foreign language utterances on the basis of and in connection with the content and
form of art in situations of communication in accordance with the age characteristics of students).
5. Linguistic and cultural competence (knowledge of the relevant linguistic units with national and cultural semantics).
Current control is supposed to be carried out in the form of:
- independent and verification works (quizzes, tests);
- writing reports, abstracts;
- project preparation;
- detailed monological statements of students on a particular topic.
Final forms of control of knowledge and skills of students:
- tests of regional subjects,
- independent and control work,
- performing creative tasks,
- translation contests, essays on a given topic,
