Abstract. The article describes the description of Agile flexible methodology, the process of project management using flexible methodology. Agile requires the ability to instantly adapt to change, monitor the current direction of progress, gaining benefits. All a lot of practices are divided into Project Management, Program Management and Portfolio Management, and it is determined how the introduction of such Agile processes as Scrum affects these areas. Agile processes have a significant impact on Project Management, the average impact on Program Management and the weak impact on Portfolio Management. Project managers face a huge challenge, which is reflected in the ever-changing demands of customers. How can you plan when things change? Traditional approaches to project management define requirements as a base plan, and then use change management in an attempt to minimize the impact of these changes on the project. Flexible method of project management Agile allows to resolve this situation. Many companies assume that this method of working on projects is one of the most effective, this is due to the involvement of each employee in the work, gives some freedom of action and sayings at any stage while following the goal. The Agile method allows eliminating the human factor, the impact of personal relationships among team members - preserves order and distributes responsibilities among the members of the project team. The Agile method is designed so that the contractor and the customer agree in advance on making changes during the execution of work - even after the initial stage the product does not need to have a specified functionality, the client will have the opportunity to comment and make adjustments beginning from the first days of the life of the project. жүктеу/скачать 0,56 Mb.
