Аралас шартты бағыныңқы сөйлемдер Кейде бағыныңқы және басыңқы сөйлемдердегі іс-әрекет әр түрлі кезеңге қатысты болады. Ондай жағдайда шартты сөйлемнің әр бөлігінде мағынасына қарай шартты райдың формалары қолданылады. Бұл сөйлемдер аралас шартты бағыныңқы сөйлемдер деп аталады.
Жалғаулықсыз шартты бағыныңқы сөйлемдер. Шартты сөйлемдердің негізгі шартты if, unless, suppose, provided және т.б. болып табылады. Егер нақсыз бағыныңқы шартты сөйлемдерде were, had, could, should етістік формалары болса, if жалғаулығы түсіп қалуы мүмкін. Жалғаулықсыз шартты бағыныңқы сөйлемдер басыңқы сөйлеммен баяндауыш инверсиясы арқылы байланыстырылады.
