Methodological basis of research is problem-chronological, comparative and analytical methods of historical knowledge, the workis based on objectivity principles, historism, and scientific character, systemic and critical estimation.
Practical and theoretical significance of research.The results and conclusitions of this research can be used in historiography of Kazakhstan in writing monography and special courses on the given problem.
Approbation of work. Key points of the dissertation content have been published in 4 articles in scientific journals, recommended by the committee controlling in the sphere of education and science, and has also been approbated on 6 international scientific practical conferences.
Structure of dissertation. The dissertation consists of introduction, 3 sections, conclusion and a list of used literature.
