Purpose: to create an atmosphere of dialogue to preserve the interlocutor's desire to
conduct a dialogue. Tasks: to assess the external circumstances accompanying the beginning of the
dialogue, to find out subjective, variable factors.
3. The main phase.
Purpose: solving urgent problems in the subject of the dialogue. Tasks: orientation in
a problematic situation, problem, choice of optimal means of solving the problem.
4. The final phase.
Objective: to determine the degree of success of solving the problem. Tasks: getting
feedback, extracting positive conclusions for the future.
