11. ONE TABLET TO BE TAKEN DAILY WITH LIQUID A. Have a drink once a day and take this tablet. B. Take a tablet every day with a drink. 12. KEEP OUT OF SIGHT OF CHILDREN A. Put this medicine in a cupboard away from children. B. Keep this medicine where children can see it. 13. CLEAN WOUND AND GENTLY DRY SKIN. COVER WITH DRESSING. A. Clean this dressing before putting it on a wound. B. Before you put on the dressing, wash the wound carefully. 14. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE A. It is best to keep this medicine in the fridge. B. Keep this medicine away from heat or damp. 15. NOTICE OF EXAM RESULTS IS BY POST. NO PERSONAL ENQUIRIES PLEASE. A. Students should enquire about their results by post. B. Students can see the exam results on a notice. C. Students will receive their exam results in the post. 16. IN CASE OF DANGER, PLEASE LEAVE THE STADIUM THROUGH THE NEAREST AVAILABLE GATE A. For safety reasons, we look after any luggage while you are inside the stadium. B. You are requested to use another stadium gate in case of dangerously large crowds. C. Choose the stadium exit that is closest to you if there is an emergency. 17. VISITORS CANNOT ENTER THIS FACTORY UNLESS THEY HOLD AN ID CARD FROM SECURITY A. If you have collected your ID card, you are allowed inside the factory. B. Once you have entered the factory, please report to Security for an ID card. C. Hand over your ID card to Security as you enter this factory. 18. PICASSO EXHIBITION: IF YOU DON’T HOLD RESERVED TICKETS, QUEUE HERE (NO MORNING BOOKINGS LEFT) A. You must wait here for Picasso exhibition tickets unless you have already booked. B. Join the queue to buy tickets to enter the Picasso exhibition this morning. C. We are no longer taking reservations for tickets to the Picasso exhibition. 19. ONLY TWO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED PER PATIENT AT ANY ONE TIME A. Each patient must choose the time their two visitors come to visit. B. Each patient can have a maximum of two visitors with them at the same time. C. Each patient can only have two visits during their time in hospital. 20. NEW STAFF MUST SIGN IN AT RECEPTION UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THEIR IDENTITY CARD A. New staff need not sign in after they have received their identity card. B. New staff will receive identity cards when they sign in at reception. C.
