Научная новизна исследования

- образ Аз-Жанибека является собирательным образом, где сочетается три прототипа ханов: образ Жанибека Озбекулы, Жанибека Махмудулы  возглавлявшего ханство в Астрахани и образ казахского хана Жанибека;

- деятельность нескольких личностей под именем Асана в исторических рукописях повлияли на образ этого героя, встречающегося в фольклоре, где он ищет благодатную землю;

- творчество акынов «зар-заман» ХІХ века было дополнено образом Асана Кайгы в период Ногайлы и получило новое значение;

- нашло отражение циклизация биографии Асан Кайгы в противоставлении исторических фактов и в фольклористике.

Методы исследования. В диссертации были использованы методы исторического познания, сопоставительный анализ. Во время исследовании мы придерживались теоретических и методологических взглядов таких ученых как Ш.Валиханов,М.Ауезов, Х. Досмухамедов, А. Маргулан, М. Дуйсенов, Е. Исмаилов, М.Габдуллин, Б. Адамбаев, С.Каскабасов, Е. Турсунов, М. Магауин, А. Сейдимбек, Б. Омарулы, А. Шарип, а также зарубежных фольклористов.

Положения, выносимые на защиту:

- рассмотреть легенды об Асане Кайгы, как общее историческое наследие ногаев, каракалпаков и казахов  в ХҮІ-ХҮІІ веках;

- дать обоснование общности легенд периода ногаев и «зар-заман» ХІХ века;

- показать в фольклоре изображение исторических фактов и чаяний народа того времени;

- рассмотреть легенды об Асан Кайгы как духовное наследие, впитавшее народные понятие и мировозрение.

Апробация работы. Основные положения диссертации были изложены в 11 статьях, опубликованных в научных журналах. На основе материалов исследования были подготовлены доклады и выступления на 3 международных и 2 республиканских научно-теоретических конференциях.

Структура исследования. Диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованной научной и художественной литературы.

Во вводной части определены актуальность исследуемой темы, цель и задачи исследования, новизна и методы исследования, его теоретическая значимость.

В І главе дана история изучения рассматриваемого вопроса;

Во ІІ главе рассматриваются сохранившиеся исторические рукописи о нескольких личностях  по имени Асан, сходство их деятельности с Асан Кайгы и анализируется его образ в творчестве других народов.

В ІІІ главе дается фольклорное описание (социальная утопия, фольклорные мотивы, биографическая циклизация) легенд об Асан Кайгы.

Заключение содержит научнообоснованные выводы.

to explain the contribution of Asan Kaigiy’s works for literature in the XIX century;

to determine the creative significance of Asan Kaigiy’ heritage;

to set the main reasons and folklore periods of legends about Asan.

there has been out lined the Az-Zanibek’s image as a collective one, in whom is combined three prototypes of khans: Ozbekiliy, Makhmudiliy Zanibek (the head of Astrakhan’s khanstvo) and the Kazakh Khan Zanibek;

there has been determined the activity of some personalities under the Asan’s name in the historical masterpieces, who has influenced upon this heroin folklore, when he looked for a best place;

there has been added the akin’s “Zar-zaman” creativity of the XIX century by the Asan Kaigiy’s image in the Nogailiy’s period and got the new interpretation;

there has been discovered the cyclical biography of Asan Kaigiy contrasting with historical facts and folkloristic.

The method of the research.

In dissertation the methods of historical cognition and contrasting analysis are used. We take into account theoretical and methodological opinions of such scientists as (H. Valikhanov, M. Auezov, Kh. Dosmukhamedov, A. Margulan, M. Duisenov, E. Ismailov, M. Gabdullin, B. Adambaev, S. Kaskabasov, E. Tursunov, M. Magauin, A. Seidimbek, B. Omaruliy, A. Sharip and some foreign folkloristic.

The following positions are put forward to be defended:

to consider the legends about Asan Kaigiy as general historical heritage of nogai, Kara kalpak and Kazakh in the XVI-XVII centuries;

to define the basis of legends’ commonality at the period of nogai  and “Zar-zaman” in the XIX century;

 to display at folklore works the representation of historical facts and needs of people that time;

to investigate the legends about Asan Kaigiy as spiritual heritage taking in people outlooks and philosophy.

The approbation of the research:

The main ideas of the research had been stated at 12 articles in the scientific magazines. On the basis of materials of the investigation were expounded and prepared reports and setting out at 2 international and 2 national (regional) theoretical scientific conference.

The dissertation consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used scientific literature and faction.

In introduction are determined the urgency, topicality, aims, scientific significance, theoretical and practical values, methods, of the research. In the first chapter the history of the learning problem is given.

In the second chapter are investigated having models, in historical masterpieces about some personalities under the Asan’s name, their similarities, activities and are analyzed his image in the creativity of some people.

In the third chapter folklore description of legends about Asan Kaigiy is given.
