Synthesize the structural scheme of the serrated planetary mechanism of
mechatronic module with one degree of mobility and containing pairs of the
second class and rotational couples of the fifth class.
Determine the number of moving links and kinematic pairs of mechanism:
where 2 is the number of excess circuits links of the mechanism that we select
so that an integer number of moving links is obtained.
Thus, the mechanism consists of three moving links, two pairs of the second
class and three pairs of the fifth class.
We find the number of closed circuits of the mechanism:
К = 5 – 3 = 2.
We build a structural scheme of the planetary mechanism, consisting of two
movable cogwheels 1 and 2, a fixed cogwheel 3 and carrier H (Figure 2.4).
