Annotation.
The article gives a brief description of the competitions and the results of the performance on Curling within
the YIII-Winter Universiade among higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of performed
activities to propaganda of Curling with a view to its further distribution in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In
addition, is given an analysis of international competitions, options of solving problems with the provision of equipment, places
of carrying out training and financing of competitions of various scale for improvement of sports skill and selection to the
national teams participating in Olympic Games, World Universiade, World Cups and the continent.
