Annotation. An approach to the collection and analysis of information based on the use of subject questionnaires in the
subject area is proposed. The mobile development technology for creating dictionaries and automation methods of machine
learning in situations of a limited learning sets of target texts of the required volume is considered. A description of the
questionnaire algorithm for different user groups and the processing of the results of an experimental study based on user
responses for which the main subjects of the survey were determined by the type of activity are given.
