Фермент-заместительная терапия – уже используется в клини-

ческой практике.

Индукторы экспрессии шаперонов (geranylgeranylacetone, сим-

вастатин  и  др.)  –  предотвращение  деградации  частично  ано-

мальных протеинов.

Предотвращение агрегации протеинов. 



 

Усиление клиренса белковых депозитов.
