| 4.6 Preliminary construction of the main
partsof the mechatronic module The desire of the designer to improve the layout of the mechatronic module by combining separate parts bearing different functions is constrained by a number of factors and is more often than not a difficult task. As a result of the analysis of the schematic diagram and the study of technical requirements, several large parts performing various functions are selected and proceed to the actual construction of each part of the future design. Each component should satisfy a certain group of requirements of the list.In this case, along with the existing technical requirements, the designer also needs to take into account additional, not included in the initial list, but reflecting the links of the part under consideration with other parts of the mechatronic module [11]. If the designer has managed to select for each componentsome of the most successful sketches of constructive sub-variants, then combining different sub- variants of different parts, it becomes possible to evaluate the emerging variants of the layout of the entire mechatronic module by some pre-selected criteria and select the most optimal variants, thus approaching the solution of the problem. Such is the approximate scheme of the transition from the technical requirements to the initial sketch solutions of the layout of the mechatronic module as a whole. The found sub-variants of each of the parts in the very first stages of search do not compare with each other and are not carefully checked for compliance with technical requirements. The designer consciously delays the stage of comparison of sub-variants and selection of the best ones, since to give imme- diately a preference to any of the sub-variants means to some extent already depriving oneself of the freedom to further search, and at the same time, the possibilities to find other, better solutions. 219 In the process of searching for the original sub-variants, the creation of independent combinations of well-known and inherent parts only combined with the borrowing of not only ready-made nodes, but also finding the area of their search. The area of the nearest search for variants is that or other sources of information that store and systematize the accumulated experience of desig- ning similar devices. Here and the drawing and technical documentation, and project materials, and test results, and scientific and technical reports, and specialized technical literature. The range of long-range search options is unlimited and undefined. Original constructive solutions can be found around us, in the world of customary things, and in factory workshops, and in the world of wildlife. The preliminary design process is characterized, as a rule, by its incomplete- ness, and the degree of this incompleteness can be very different for separate жүктеу/скачать 11,25 Mb.
