describes how it works, explains the images of the General form and
composition of the product;
c) given the required dimensions and, if required, scheme (e.g., kinematic)
products, specifications and technical requirements.
A schema is a graphic design document, in which the component parts
of the product and the connections between them are shown in the form of
conditional images or notations.
Depending on the types of elements and bonds that make up the product,
the schemes are divided into the following types, denoted by letters: electric –
E; hydraulic – H; pneumatic – P; gas (except pneumatic) – G; kinematic – K;
vacuum – V; optical – O; power – F; division – D; combined – C.
Depending on the main purpose of the scheme is divided into the following
types, denoted by numbers: structural – 1; functional – 2; principal – 3; com-
pounds – 4; сonnections – 5; common – 6; locations – 7; combined – 0.
The name and code of the circuit is determined by its view and type, for
example, the kinematic principle circuit is
K3
, the hydropneumatic function
diagram is
HP2
, the electrical circuit is schematic and the connections are
E0
.
Explanatory note (EN) is made when developing a technical proposal, a
draft and technical projects. It should list the characteristics of the selected
equipment and non-standard equipment, the results of calculations should
preferably be presented in tabular form.
In the General case, the explanatory note to the technical project shall
consist of the following sections: contents, introduction, description of product,
key decisions, feasibility study and estimated cost capital costs equipment,
provision of energy resources and fulfillment of requirements related to
automation and mechanization, research, development and experimental work,
guidelines for the preparation and implementation of the project, applications.
To the documentation for the project include graphic documents (drawings,
