We know three forms of organizing business: the sole propri-
etorship, the partnership and corporation. The sole proprietorship 
is the simplest organizational form, where there is only one owner 
of the business. A partnership is a business form of more than one 
owner to carry out business. In this form of business there may be 
a silent partner, which invests money to get profit but has no right 
to manage.
A corporation is a business form of an institution operated by 
managers .
The advantages of this form of business are the ability to 
attract financial resources, and to hire talented specialists and 
managers. This form is economically better when the profit reaches 
a great sum of money.
The main rule of any kind of business is to sell the right product 
at the right time in the right place. In this case the business will 
be successful.
