A distinctive feature of the variety is the stability of its quality parameters regardless
of the growing season, and the high density of grain and milled rice.
The variety is recommended for cooking meals of East-Asian cuisine: sushi, rolls,
gluishside dishes for eating with chopsticks, etc.
The milled rice has unchanging parameters irrespectively of weather conditions.
These parameters are similar to those of the sorts of a foreign breeding, intended for
sushi and rolls cooking.
