amylose content: 17 %.
Sonet has amorphocrystalline endosperm structure.
The variety is recommended for cooking pilaf with pre-frying in vegetable oil, side
dishes, dolma with rice, dill or minced meat. It is also good for stuffing vegetable,
cooking sushi and rolls.
