is high: 69–70 %, with head rice of 85–90 %.
Milled rice is white, of high quality, characterized by good cooking properties.
Protein content: 6.5 %; amylose content: 17–18 %. Kernel shape does not change
while boiling with the minimumtransition of dry substance into the boiling water.
