Introduction
Over the past ten years, the discussions related to blockchain
technologies and cryptocurrencies in the world haven`t only not been
silent, but on the contrary have aroused increasing interest not only
from fi nancial institutions, but also from the population and government
agencies. Various factors served as prerequisites for this interest: this
includes the global instability of economic relations, the prevalence of
individual reserve currencies over national ones, the global digitalization
of the economy and the blurring of borders, the crisis of confi dence
in the current fi nancial and payment systems, etc. In these conditi ons,
the participants of the world economy began to form a request to fi nd
answers to these questions, since the evolutionary laws of mankind are
such that people are constantly trying to look for more profi table and
convenient services and goods.
