Individual features.
It features by a low rate of seed germination and growth rates
in the initial phases of development. Therefore, the main way of sowing is broadcast
seeding followed by rolling with smooth rollers.
When growing variety on technology without the use of herbicides seed placement
at a depth of no more than 0.5–0.7 cm and discharge water for 1–2 days in pip phase
are necessary. It is easily threshed, doesn’t shatter at overmature standing.
The high content of anthocyanins (antioxidants class) and oryzanol determines
its usefulness for people with heart disease, increased risk of cancer and problems
in the sexual sphere.
Has a high nutritional value, therefore, is meant to prepare special foods, exotic
dishes and salads with fruit and vegetables, casseroles, meatballs, and it is good in
combination with white grain varieties. Variety is recommended for processing by
technologies without polishing.
