Grain hardness — 95.0 %. Milled rice is of excellent quality, with high cooking qualities.
Tolerance to environmental stress factors. Variety is resistant to blast and
rice leaf nematode. Olymp is medium resistant to soil salinity. Plants can easily pull
through the water layer during germination stage.
