INTEGRATION OF HUMAN SCIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES: FROM THE EXPERIENCE WORK ON LEXICAL SHORT WORDS. The article exam-


ines the humanistic direction in pedagogy, notes signs of humanistic pedagogy and methods of individual approach to children, outlines ways to study the individuality of the child. Individual approach requires a lot of patience from the teacher, the ability to understand the complex manifestations. In all cases, it is necessary to find the reason for forming of certain individual characteristics of the child. One of the conditions for the correct implementation of the individual approach to the child is the unity of the requirements for him as teachers and parents. The individual approach is based on identifying the characteristics of the child. Humanization and democra- tization of public life in Russia as strategic tasks imply a change in the attitude towards the individual in the state and society, recognition of it as the highest value. This is directly reflected in pedagogical science and educational practice, expressing recognition of the self-worth of each student’s personality, his individual exclusivity. In this regard, it is extremely important to study the heritage of Russian humanist teachers. They developed humanistic pedagogy for both traditional schools, which involved improvements within the classroom system, and higher, innovative, when theory and practice were a single whole, and high professionalism was combined with the pronounced humanistic orientation of the teacher’s personality, with his stable philosophical position.
