Objective:

with art therapy techniques
This exercise is a good way to "play" with your own name and
manner. Take any imaginative means (pencils, gouache, pastel,
crayons, etc.). Write several variants of your name with different
means, different colors; Different fonts ... After that, try to draw your
name and those images that pop up in the mind, when you hear or
pronounce it. Then consider your work and choose what you think is
more about yourself. Perhaps, in the course of this technique you will
discover new facets of your image!
