Every  morning,  standing  in  front  of  a  mirror,  say  to  yourself:  "I
am  full  of  unconditional  love,  and  I  express  it  today.  I  am  full  of
boundless  joy,  and  I  express  it  today.  I  am  full  of  serene  tranquility,
and  today  I  share  it  with  others.  I  am  full  of  infinite  wisdom,  and  I
turn to her today. And this is the whole truth about me. "This gives a
powerful charge for the whole day!
