Our team’s successful example on this prompt
Our “Greenly” startup has always challenged, and developed, my abilities in public speaking, entrepreneurship, chemistry, and, most importantly, team-work. Many of my skills connected in surprising ways, lines that seemed parallel before crossing at this point: my expertise in chemistry solemnly bonded with robotics skills. We created a robust team of two professors, three students.
Along the way, I’ve met business coaches at traction and investor meetings, who became my comrades, hired a college student employee, presented on national KazAgro exhibition, became one of the 10 finalists of ABC Incubation out of 140 participants and one of the 50 top startups invited to Central Asia Startup Show (CASS), and been interviewed by Liter, Kapital, KazakhTV, STV, KazPravda national business media while working on our fertilizer-introduced super-water-absorbents.
I found an ever-growing interest in finances, research, and kaizen. I have conducted Customer Development sessions, pitched, interacted with investors, not necessarily from Kazakhstan, and fulfilled my interest in public speaking and presentations being a 17-years-old CEO.
Work process enlivened the theory from books, making a fairy-tale come true.
