The issues, related to both the substantive land law and procedural order for realization of the substantive land rules, are stated in the article. In the author’s opinion, there are still many uninvestigated issues, in particular such, as a co-relation of the land legal status, which is a part of the nature, environment and, simultaneously, an object of the civil, property turnover, required to study the theme. Here, the corelation of the land and civil procedural law and legislation of Kazakhstan becomes the most topical issue The opinion, regarding the development of the procedural regulation of the land judicial defense, settlement of the land disputes, expressed. The analysis of the procedural legislation, reflected in the article, shows that the total number of the rules, regulating the procedural distinctions in court settlement of the land disputes is insignificant, that is partly explained by short time, expired from the moment, when the restrictions of the right of action, brought to protect the land rights, were removed. The article is dedicated to the history and the activity of mosques: «Shyngysbai-kazhy Dautuly» (Shymkent), «Auliye-ata» (Taraz), «Zhunis-molda» (Merke), «Aitbai-meshet» (Kyzylorda) and medresses «Abdykadyr» (Taraz), «Haati-ata Auliyeata medresse» (Taraz), «Shyngysbai-kazhy Dautuly medresse» (Shymkent) etc. in the soviet period and in 1991-2002 years in Kazakhstan. In the focus also there are the characteristics of representatives of Muslim clergy and religious activity of citizens and rural population. These ethnographic materials allowed us to observe the process of improving of incorrect popular interpretations of Islam and folk (popular) traditions. They revealed the real religious life in cities and villages. The ethnographic research allowed us o consider, that the religious live was not active, and the character of religiosity of the Kazakhs was traditional that period. With the use of innovative new material ETFE them can rightly be considered one of the most famous architectural structures of the XXI century. Kazakhstan achieve good results on transition from command based style of economy tomarket based style one. This success was supported with large natural resources reserves, a developing legal system, and government that learned more from experience of other CIS nations. However, it seems to be country still have unsolved problems on its labor market and human resource issues which are the key factors for Kazakhstan to be competitive in the world economy. All this issues make serious limitation for country on achievement economic stability and welfare goals. The most significant problems which Kazakhstan facing now are unsolved issues on education system of RKZ and lack of highly skilled workforce, for supplying rapid growth of demand on advanced manpower.
