Activity of the theme. Research wore theme actuality. Depended on the despite of presence in Kazakhstan's Historiography works on studying the batyr's heroism as a certain social group, formation and development of the given group as the special was not an object of special study yet. After 1991 year large number woks devoted to Kazakh batys heroes fighting for independence of the people has appeared. But these studies concerned only separate heroes and were not aimed at complex study of the establishments of batyr's heroism.
