| ABSTRACT
(Institution of high education) Kazakh National University has been a source of start basis of its breathtaking beauty of the educational system, with own traditions of the university, professional, scientific and educational establishment which was built on January 15, 1934. In September 1937, based on a four-year educational system was the first Faculty of Foreign Languages. After one year, 120 students and a Russian language and literature, English and French as the language of the three departments of the Faculty of Philology (duration 5 years) is opened. Later joined the faculty of foreign languages in this structure. On the eve of the war and post-war years, the university has three natural sciences (biology, physics, mathematics, chemistry) and two humanities (Faculty of Philology and Journalism) faculties.
